Acupuncture

Acupuncture originated from Bian Stones of the Neolithic Period, and is an about 3,000-year-old healing technique of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 1997, the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) documented and publicized acupuncture’s safety and efficacy for treating a wide range of conditions.

Herbs

Chinese herbs are a collection of medicinal herbs used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for the prevention and treatment of various health conditions, like GI and skin issues. These herbs are typically combined in formulas tailored to the individual patient’s needs and are usually administered in the form of teas, powders, or pills.

Cupping

Cupping is believed to help improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation. It is often used to help relieve pain, especially in the muscles and joints. It may also be used to help improve respiratory problems, such as cough and asthma.

Moxibustion/Gua Sha

Moxibustion is believed to stimulate the flow of qi (life force energy) and promote healing. Moxibustion is often used in combination with acupuncture to help relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation. It may also be used to help strengthen the immune system and improve digestive function.
